Deep-Fried Fish Balls | ڈیپ فرائیڈ فش بالز

Serves: 5-6 persons

 

Deep-Fried Fish Balls

Ingredients:

Fish (meat) 750 gram

Oil for frying

Ginger paste ½ tsp

Sugar ½ tsp

Baking powder ½ tsp

Green onion (chopped) 01

Salt to taste

Black pepper 01 tsp

Corn flour 05 tsp

Flour 100 gram

 

Deep-Fried Fish Balls

Preparation Method:

Take shredded fish meat and add salt, ginger, sugar, black pepper and cornflour and mix well.

When it’s mixed well make small balls.

In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, oil, and water and make a batter.

Heat the oil in the deep frying pan. Place fish balls and fry until brown and crispy.

Serve hot with favorite chutney.
