Ingredients for Marination:

• Raw chicken 700 gm
• Half cup curd
• The salt according to taste
• One tsp of garlic and ginger paste
• One tsp of red chili powder

Gravy Ingredients:

• White and pure butter 175 gm
• Fresh cream 100 gm
• Slice 4 green chilies
• Salt
• Pureed tomato half kg
• Black cumin seeds half tsp
• Half tsp of sugar
• Red chili powder 1 Tsp
• Crushed fenugreek leaves ½ tsp

Cooking Chicken Makhani is very simple and you can prepare this chicken recipe just in one hour easily. Proper directions to cook this recipe are;

How to Make Marination?

• Take curd, garlic-ginger paste, red chili powder, and salt and mix in a big bowl completely

• Add cleaned raw chicken in this paste and mix completely. Now, put this into a refrigerator for the whole night or minimum six hours

• Roast this marinated chicken in a hotter place like Punjabi Tandoor or microwave oven for 10 to 12 minutes and let it roast until it almost done.

 

Prepare Chicken Gravy:

• Take half of total white butter and heat in another pan

• Add tomato pureed and cook for 2-3 minutes

• Put in salt, cumin seeds, red chili powder, sugar and mix all very well

• Add sliced green chilies, crushed fenugreek leaves, white butter, prepared chicken, fresh cream and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes and let the chicken completely cooked

• Chicken Makhani or Dhaba Butter Chicken is ready to serve with naan or rice.
