- Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons
- Refined oil – 1 cup
- Peeled garlic – 3 pods
- Vinegar – 2 tablespoons
- Tamarind – 100 grams
- Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper dried – 20
- Asafetida – ¼ tablespoon
- Mustard seeds – 3 tablespoons
- Fenugreek seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Drumsticks – 15

First of all, rub the drumsticks and then cut into required size.
Give steam for five minutes.
Take tamarind, red chilies, mustard and fenugreek seeds and make their paste.
Take a pan and heat oil. Add turmeric, salt, asafetida, garlic and ground ingredients in it.
After mixing the ingredients, add the drumsticks and cook for five minutes on low flame.
When the mixture cools down, pour sesame oil and vinegar.
Transfer the Drumstick pickle in a jar and keep in refrigerator for few days.
