• 1 ¼ cups of eggnog
• 2 large pieces of eggs
• ½ teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg

 Preheat your oven to 350 degree. Whisk all the aforementioned ingredients together at low speed using an electric blender until the mixture is completely blended. Add more speed to reach average and whisk for two minutes. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased loaf pan of size 9 x 5”

 Bake your Eggnog Pound Cake at 350 degree temperature for up to one hour and five minutes or continue until a long wooden pick you inserted at the center comes out without stain. Put the cake in a pan and place it on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Then remove the cake from the pan and place it directly on wire racks for an hour and your Eggnog Pound Cake will be ready to be served.
