Fried Noodles with Sprouts

Fried Noodles with sprouts is simple and awesome idea to jazz up noodles which accompany with main course dishes in the Thailand.


Ingredients: Fried Noodles with Sprouts

500g egg noodles

1 cup bean-sprouts

15g chives

1 garlic clove, crushed

3 tbsp sunflower oil

4 green chilies, deseeded, sliced and soaked in rice vinegar




Preparation Method: Fried Noodles with Sprouts

To cook the noodles, soak in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Soak the bean-sprouts in cold water while you cut the chives into 1 inch pieces. Set a few chives aside for garnish. Drain the beans-sprouts thoroughly.

Heat the oil in a heavy skillet or frying pan. Add the crushed garlic and stir then add the chilies and stir until fragrant for about 1 minute.

Add the beans-sprouts, stir and then add the noodles. Stir in some salt and the chives. By using 2 spoons, lift and stir the noodles for I minute.

Garnish the Fried noodles dish with the reserved chives and serve immediately.
