1 kg Carrot grated
1 liter Milk
20 gms Almonds blanched and split
100 gms Desi Ghee
60 gms Khoya
100 gms Sugar

Preparations Method:
- Heat milk in a cooking pan till it boils, add grated carrots and then cooks it on a slow flame. Stir spoon gently throughout this process.
- After 20 minutes add sugar and then let it cook until most of the water has evaporated.
- When most of the water in it is evaporated, add ghee and let it cook for ten minutes.
- After ten minutes, remove from the Karahi from the stove and add khoya and almonds and mix it well and it’s ready to serve.
