  • Mustard Oil – ½ Cup
  • Salt – One Tablespoon
  • Mustard Seeds – Three Tablespoon in powdered form
  • Carrots – 250 grams
  • Red chili- To taste


Preparation Method:

Peel all carrots and make small finger size slices. Do not make too thin pieces.

Take mustard oil, carrots, red chili, mustard seeds, and salt and mix them well.

Take a clean and airtight jar to pour all the ingredients.

Place this jar in sun for 8 to 10 days.

Shake the jar daily for better taste.

Gajar Ka Achaar or Carrot Pickle is ready, keep in a jar and use it for months.
