Garlic Beef Recipe is a fantastic dish for all the beef and veggie lovers in the family. It is easy to make, It is with garlic, so it a healthy recipe too!

 

Ingredients:

Beef boneless, 1 kg

Onion (chopped), 1

Garlic (chopped), 1 bulb

Tomatoes (finely cut), ½ kg

Green chilies (chopped), 12

Turmeric powder, 1 Tsp

Black pepper (crushed), 1 tbsp

Fresh Coriander (chopped), ½ bunch

Water, 2 cups

Salt, to taste

Oil, ½ cup

 

Preparation Method:

Garlic Beef Recipe

 

Cook the beef with salt, onion, turmeric, and tomatoes in water for 30 minutes on slow flame.

 

When water dries and meat become tender, removed the pan from flame and keep aside.

 

Take a new cooking pan and heat the oil and fry the garlic.

 

When garlic gives off the aroma add beef and fry briskly.

 

Add coriander, green chilies and black pepper put on very slow flame.
