Most of the people make mango or chili pickle at home. Ginger Pickle Recipe or Adrak ka achaar is not very common, but it is a very easy and healthy pickle recipe. It is one of the popular Achar dishes that are being served during the Navratras festival.



Ginger Pickle Recipe | Adrak ka Achaar Recipe

  • Julienne size ginger – ½ kg
  • Salt – 3 to 4 teaspoons
  • Juice of 15 lemons
  • Vinegar – 3 teaspoons


Preparation Method:

First of all, peel ginger and cut in julienne size.

Take a clean jar. Add lemon juice, vinegar, salt and ginger in it.

Put the achaar in an airtight jar for an hour.

When the color of pickle changes (slightly pink), you can serve the Ginger Pickle or Adrak ka Achaar.
