Chicken wings, 12

Soya sauce, 2 tbsp

Brown sugar, 1 tbsp

Barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp

Honey, 1 tbsp

Garlic (chopped), 2 cloves

Chinese masala, ¼ tsp

Cinnamon powder, ¼ tsp

Fennel seed, ¼ tsp

Tomato sauce, 1/3 cup

Sesame oil, 1 tbsp

Salt, to taste

Mix all the spices with yogurt in a bowl and mix it well.

 

Add chicken wings; mix it well, cover and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate.

 

Grease grill pan and grill chicken wings till becoming golden
