Guacamole Recipe is an avocado-based salad or dips that are loved by Mexicans. This is quite a fiery version, although nowhere near as hot as served in Mexico!

Guacamole Recipe

2 ripe avocados, peeled and stoned

2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped

6 spring onions, finely chopped

2 fresh green chilies, seeded and finely chopped

2 tbsp lemon juice or fresh lime

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Coriander sprigs, to garnish


Preparation Method:

Guacamole Recipe

Put the ripe avocado halves into a large bowl and mash them roughly with a large fork.

Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper.

Serve Guacamole garnished with fresh coriander sprigs.
