Ingredients: Hoisin Burgers Recipe
- 2 cups of shredded green cabbage
- 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoon of seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce (reduced-sodium)
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1/4cup of hoisin sauce
- 1 pound 93% lean ground beef
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 1/4teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole-wheat hamburger burns, split
- 1 cucumber, sliced thinly.

Mix together cabbage, vinegar, sesame seeds, oil and soy sauce inside medium bowl and sit for about 20 minutes to about an hour.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray and heat grill to medium
Mix together hoisin sauce, salt, ground beef and pepper in medium bowl and shape the mixture into patties. Make sure there is little depression at the center of each so they can cook evenly.
Place patties inside grill and cook for about 5 minutes or continue to cook to the degree you desired. At the last minute of your grilling, put harmburger burns on grill and cut side down then cook till toasted lightly.
Share cucumber slices among the four bottom halves of your buns and top with patties, remaining bun haves and slaw.
