300 g flour

150 g milk

Yeast 4g

Salt 3 g

Granulated sugar 50 g

Milk powder 10g

Unsalted butter 30 g

Egg 2 large

Step 1

Add all ingredients except butter to the mixing bucket of the chef’s machine.
