Preparation Method:
- Take a small bowl; add sweetened condensed milk and chocolate to compose a solid and sticky mixture.
- Form rectangles with the help of the hands of this thick mixture. Compress tightly that the rectangles will keep their form. Similarly, make these rectangles with wet hands so that the paste won’t stick to your hands.
- Now, place the coconut bars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Keep in the fridge for 15 minutes. In this way, you can easily dip coconut candies into chocolate.
- Then take a small microwave bowl and add chocolate pieces in it.
- Oven these chocolates on medium power for thirty seconds, mix and then repeat the process until the chocolates completely melted.
- If you don’t have an oven then you can melt the chocolate on a stovetop. For this purpose, add chocolate pieces in a saucepan and let it simmer.
- Now, mix remaining chocolate pieces and stir well. This is an ideal way to obtain a glossy texture of melted chocolate.
- Remove coconut candies from the freezer. Dip these coconut rectangles one by one into a melted chocolate mixture. Now, remove the rectangle with the help of a fork and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Now, keep aside for a few hours. Delicious Bounty Bars aka Mounds are ready. Enjoy your homemade Bounty Bars!
