  1. 5 grams of carrot
  2. 5 grams of cabbage
  3. Black mushrooms 5 grams
  4. 5 grams of button mushrooms
  5. 5 grams of bamboo shoots
  6. Bean sprouts 5 grams
  7. 5 grams of chicken
  8. 60 grams of prawns
  9. 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
  10. ½ tablespoon of chili powder
  11. ½ teaspoon of corn flour
  12. One egg
  13. 1 tablespoon of coriander
  14. 1 teaspoon of chili oil
  15. 2 cups of stock
  16. 1 ½ tablespoon of vinegar
  17. Salt

 

Preparation Method:

Slice the entire vegetables, prawns, and chickens in julienne manner.

Add stock using a wok and put the entire vegetables together with chicken then cook.

Later add soy, pepper, salt, chili oil, coriander, and vinegar

Add the cornflour to make the soup thick

Finally, add the egg.
