Hot and Sour Soup Recipe

Are you freezing up due to the winter cold? All you need is a plate of hot and sour soup. It is made mainly for you to enjoy on wintery evening when the freezing cold winter is all that bothers you. It is a healthy recipe made of cabbage, mushrooms, as well as carrots together with chicken and oriental flavor.



Ingredients: Hot and Sour Soup Recipe


  1. 5 grams of carrot
  2. 5 grams of cabbage
  3. 5 grams of black mushrooms
  4. 5 grams of button mushrooms
  5. 5 grams of bamboo shoots
  6. 5 grams of bean sprouts
  7. 5 grams of chicken
  8. 60 grams of prawns
  9. 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
  10. ½ tablespoon of chili powder
  11. ½ teaspoon of corn flour
  12. 1 egg
  13. 1 tablespoon of coriander
  14. 1 teaspoon of chili oil
  15. 2 cups of stock
  16. 1 ½ tablespoon of vinegar
  17. Salt



Preparation Method: Hot and Sour Soup Recipe


Slice the entire vegetables, prawns and chickens in julienne manner.


Add stock using a wok and put the entire vegetables together with chicken then cook.


Later add soy, pepper, salt, chili oil, coriander and vinegar


Add the corn flour to make the soup thick


Finally add the egg.


Hot and sour soup is ready. Enjoy!
