How to Make Spinach and Artichoke Pizza

Ingredients: Spinach and Artichoke Pizza recipe

The baker will need to have

1. Pizza dough 1 pound.
2. Cornmeal.
3. Marinated artichoke hearts 2 cups.
4. Baby spinach 2 cups.
5. Grated mozzarella 8 ounces.
6. Cream cheese 8 ounces.
7. Grated parmesan 2 ounces.
8. Kosher salt and black pepper.

 


Method to make:  Spinach and Artichoke Pizza

 

1. Take the flour and add some hot water in it. It will get a form of paste.

2. Simply add the yeast in this paste in order to make dough.

3. Add the olive oil in the dough and knead it several times.

4. Cover the dough with a towel and keep it for at least 2 hours.

5. Take the baking pans and put some olive oil. Place the dough in it and divide it in four.

6. Sprinkle the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, mozzarella, spinach and parmesan equally on the dough. The dough is now ready for baking.

7. Preheat the oven to a level of 475 degree F.

8. Carefully place the pan in the oven and close it for 20 minutes. You have to bake the dough for a time period of 18 to 20 minutes so it will change into a hard brown crust.
