  • 1 kg chicken, cut into 8-10 pieces

 

For Marinade:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1 big bunch coriander
  • 2-4 green chilies
  • 1 tsp whole cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1-2 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp whole cumin
  • Salt to taste

 

Preparation Method:

Indian Style Baked Chicken Recipe

For the marinade blend all the ingredients together and make a mixture.

Put the marinade over chicken. Keep it for 3-4 hours for marination.

Take a glass baking dish place all ingredients and cover it with foil.

Put in this dish in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Desired oven temperature is 180 degrees C.

Remove the dish from oven and open the foil. Replace the foil covering and turn the pieces over. Place the dish back in the oven for 30 minutes.

Remove the chicken dish finally and discard the foil.

Use the sauce to baste the chicken pieces and place the tray into the oven again without foil covering. Keep it in the oven for 15 minutes.
