1/2 kg Mutton kaleji

2 Medium size chopped onions

1 cup yogurt

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste

1 tsp Black pepper

1 tbsp Red chili

Turmeric powder 1 tbsp

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tsp Cumin powder

2-3 green chili chopped

Preparation Method:

In a deep pan add oil.

Then add onion and green chili.

Fry it till onion is brown.

Add kaleji.

Mix it well.

Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, and turmeric powder.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Then add yogurt.

Mix it and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Now add salt and mix it.

Garnish it with Kasuri Methi and Fresh coriander leaves.

Dish it out and Enjoy It.

Cook’s Tip:

Add salt when the Kaleji is tender, if you will add before the Kaleji will become hard.
