Lemon mousse dessert is an all-time favorite dessert recipe that is enjoyed by the entire family members at the end of the happy ending to any meal. Make sure that caramel is not too dark because it can develop the bitter taste.

Cream, 300 ml

Lemon Juice and zest, 2

Caster sugar, 60 g

Eggs white, 3

Mix the cream, sugar and lemon zest into a large bowl and whisk them together until the mixture starts to thicken.

Add the lemon juice and whisk again until the mixture thickens further but do not let it stiffen; otherwise, you will not be able to add the eggs white.

Whisk the eggs white until they form peaks. Fold them into the lemon mixture then spoon the lemon mousse into small bowls and chill in the refrigerator. Decorate with extra zest if you like.
