Potatoes, 3

Mint and coriander, mix, 1 tbsp

Mango powder, 1 tsp

Salt, to taste

Red chili, chopped, 1

Black pepper, crushed, 1 tsp

Green chili, chopped, 1 tsp

Margarine, 50 g

 

Preparation Method:

Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and cook until soft enough to be mashed. Drain and then mesh well.

Blend together the mint, mango powder, coriander, salt, black pepper, chilies and margarine in a small bowl.

Stir the mixture into the mashed potatoes and stir together thoroughly with a fork.

Serve Mashed Potatoes dish warm as an accompaniment to meat or vegetarian dishes.
