This classic Meat with Cauliflower recipe is easy to cook and it is a delicious combination of meat and vegetable. Gobi Ghost Recipe is a common recipe in each part of Pakistan and India. It is served with parathas or naan and tastes great.

Meat with Cauliflower Recipe | Gobi Ghost Recipe

Meat, ½ kg

Cauliflower cut, ½ kg

Onion, chopped, 2

Tomato, chopped, 3 medium

Ginger/garlic paste, 2 Tsp

Turmeric powder, 1 Tsp

Chili powder, 2 Tsp

Coriander powder, 1 Tsp

Garam Masala, ½ tsp

Cooking oil, 1 cup

Green chili, chopped, 6

Coriander leaves chopped, 2 tbsp


Preparation Method:

Place the oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame and stir fry the meat and make it brown from all the sides. Add onions, red chilies, salt, turmeric powder, tomatoes, and coriander powder. Cook, keep stirring for 2 minutes. Pour 3 glasses of water, cover and cook until meat is tendered and water is evaporated.

Add ginger/garlic paste, cauliflower, and little water and cook for about10 minutes.

Once the water is evaporated and cauliflower is cooked, stir in the garam masala and freshly chopped green coriander and green chilies.

Gobi Gosht or Meat with Cauliflower is ready. Serve warm with Paratha or Naan or boiled rice.
