Mexican Wraps

Mexican Wraps are perfect for a Friday night dinner.  These are high in protein and rich in fiber.

Vegetarians can replace the chicken in the wraps. Try this simple Mexican recipe in your kitchen for family and friends.

Ingredients: Mexican Wraps


2 chicken breast, cooked and cut into strips

2 tbsp olive oil

6 tbsp readymade sauce

1 small onion, chopped

215g can spicy refried beans

4 tortillas

Cream, salsa, grated cheese and salad to serve



Preparation Method: Mexican Wraps


Heat olive oil in a pan; cook onion until soft. Add sauce and beans with 5 tbsp water. Simmer for 3 minutes.


Add cooked chicken into the tortillas, then roll them up.


Serve Mexican Wraps with cream, salsa, grated cheese and salad.
