The Milkshake ice cream cupcakes recipe is a unique combination of multiple colors with the extracts of different flavors.

 

Ingredients:

Cake Mix ingredient  box              1 Box

Colors                                                4

Flavorings                                         1 tbsp

Cocoa powder                                  ½ tbsp

Banana extracts                               3 tbsp

Vanilla extracts                                2 tbsp

Mint extract                                      ¾ tbsp

Strawberry extracts                          1 tbsp

 

Ice Cream:

Vanilla ice cream                              2 cups per flavor

For the Whipped Cream Frosting:

Heavy whipping cream                     2 cups

Vanilla                                                  1 table spoon

Powdered sugar                                  ½ cup

Unflavored Gelatin                            1 table spoon

Water                                                   4 table spoon

 

 

Preparation Method:

Take 5 different bowls.

Add batter to each bowl along with the flavors of a different kind.

The batter with mint flavor will have a green and blue color.

The banana flavor will have a yellow color.

The strawberry will have a red color.

Take the cup cake liners and add 1 table spoon of batter in each liner.

Preheat the oven to 340 degrees.

Place the cup cake inside the oven and wait for 16 minutes.

Once the cakes are baked, keep the cakes in the muffin tin.

Take 5 bowls of the same size.

Add the ice cream and use the same color combination as used in the cake batter.

Mix the ice cream and the colors.

Add the ice cream over the top of each cupcake.

Freeze the cupcakes in the freezer for at least 3 hours

 

For the whipped Cream Frosting:

Take a bowl and add gelatin with the water,

Mix both the ingredients thoroughly.

Place the bowl into a microwave and wait for around 25 seconds.

The gelatin should completely dissolve.

The gelatin should make up the foam.

Let the gelatin get cooled at room temperature.

The gelatin should now become thick like the gel.

Take a mixture and then add cream, sugar, and vanilla.

Add the prepared gelatin to the mixture and then beat heavily.

When the cake is ready to serve

Add the mixture onto of the cupcakes with the whipped cream on the top.

Freeze for 2 hours of more.

Add cherries of you want.
