Mint Oreo fudge ice cream cake is easy to make. It is delicious and yummy. The blend of fudge sauce makes the texture more interesting. The cake will be a favorite dessert for the summer season.
Ingredients: Mint Oreo Fudge Icecream Cake
-  Store bought fudge sauce                 2 cups
- Oreo or Mint Oreo cookies              45 Oreo
- Melted butter                                    6 tbsp
- Chocolate Ice Cream softened         500 gm
- Cool whip                                            1 cup
- Fudge Sauce                                      As desired
Preparation Method: Mint Oreo Fudge Icecream Cake
Take the Oreo cookies in a jar. Don’t remove the cream in between the cookies.
Use a blender to make the cookies crush. Crush the cookies for 5 seconds. Add the butter to the crushed cookies. Mix the ingredients together.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Take 1 cup of the Oreo cookies and press it to the base. Add the ice cream onto the cookies. Put in the fudge sauce and then add the remaining cookies. Add the sauce and repeat the procedure again and include cool whip.
Now add the remaining crumbs onto the top. Freeze for around 5 hours.
Remove the cake from the pan using the hot water method.
Make the slices of the cake and add fudge sauce if required.
Mint Oreo fudge ice cream cake is ready to be served.
