Ingredients:

Small bunch of mint

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp boiling water

3 tbsp white vinegar

 

Preparation Method:

Separate the mint leaves with the stems and finely chop the leaves.

Take a bowl, pour in the boiling water and add sugar to it and mix well and let the mixture stand for 10 minutes.

Add the vinegar and leave in a cool place for about 2 hours before serving.

This sauce also makes a refreshing dressing to enhance the flavor of potatoes and fresh peas.
