M&M Ice Cream Cake is a super soft finger licking ice cream cake that can be served in slices. This Icecream cake is a favorite to all age group.
Ingredients: M&M Ice Cream Cake
Unsweetened chocolate squares 5 ounces
Granulated sugar 1 1/3 cups
Vegetable oil 1/3 cup
Buttermilk 1/3 cup
Vanilla 2 tbsp
Flour 2 1/2 cups
Baking soda 3 table spoon
Baking powder 2 table spoon
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Hot water 1 cup
Green and aqua food coloring as required
Decoration: White Chocolate M&M’s as required
Pink Cream Frosting: M&M Ice Cream Cake
Heavy cream 1 1/2 cups
Powdered sugar, divided 1 3/2 cups
Cream cheese, softened 4 ounces
Marsh Vanilla 2 tablespoons
Pink food color
Preparation Method: M&M Ice Cream Cake
Heat the oven at around 320 degrees
Take a pan and add oil and then add parchment paper at the base.
Take a bowl and then add baking powder along with the soda and salt.
Use the unsweetened chocolate to melt a little and then add sugar after words.
Take another bowl and add eggs with buttermilk and vanilla.
Add hot water to the mixture and then flour mixture.
Use a beater to mix all the ingredients properly.
Divide the prepare batter into two different pans.
Bake the cakes in the oven for around 35 minutes.
Allow the cakes to cool down for a while.
Remove the cake from the pan and remove the parchment paper.
Once the cakes are cooled, removes the domes of the cake with a sharp knife.
Take a pan and add parchment paper at the base.
Place the cake at the bottom and then add tint vanilla ice cream
Add green food coloring and spread the ice cream evenly.
Add another layer of the cake and use the same vanilla ice cream onto it,
Put the cake into the freezer for 12 hours.
Pink Whipped Cream Frosting: M&M Ice Cream Cake
Make a whipped cream frosting.
Take a bowl and then add heavy cream and make it reach to the soft peaks after blending.
Add powdered sugar and then whip the mixture.
Take another bowl and add cream cheese and the marshmallow cream.
Add the sugar and vanilla.
Fold the mixture into the whipped cream and then add pink food color into it.
Take the ice cream cake out of the freezer and then remove the parchment paper.
Add whipped cream over the top and the sides of the cake using a spatula.
Place the cake into the freezer and wait for two hours.
At the top and the edges add white chocolate M&Ms.
The M&M Ice Cream Cake is ready to be served.
