Moist Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe

My family always looking for the best vanilla cupcake recipe as I am in love with Vanilla. I am always ready to create my own recipe with certain variations. I just want my vanilla cupcake tender, moist and well my grand children’s are in love with vanilla cakes…..you can say they are vanilla-y.

I have adapted to a new recipe for truly moist vanilla cupcakes. Don’t you like the vanilla on both the cupcakes as well as on the frosting! It is simply amazing!

Now, I want to share it with you, my awesome Baking friends. These vanilla cupcakes are really moist, soft and the vanilla flavor taste on each bite.

 

Ingredients:

Moist Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe

 

Flour (All Purpose), 2 ½ cups

Softened butter, 1 cup

Sugar, 2 cups

Eggs, 5

Baking soda, 1 Tsp

Baking Powder, 1 Tsp

Salt, 1 Tsp

Whole milk, 1 cup

Vanillas extract, 1 tbsp

 

Vanilla Frosting/Icing

Softened butter, 1 cup

Powdered sugar, 3 cups

Whole milk, ½ cup

Vanilla extract, 1 Tsp

Food color (optional), a few drops

 

Preparation Method:

Preheat Oven to 160° C (325° F)

 

In a bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Keep aside.

 

In another bowl add the sugar and butter and beat, using an electric beater until fluffy.

 

In the mixture add the vanilla essence and add eggs one by one.

 

Next add in the flour mixture, adding in a little flour and milk, alternately to the mixture. Make sure to add in milk at last and mix well.

 

Line and grease a 12 cupcake pan and fill them up ¾ with the mixture.

 

Bake the vanilla cupcakes in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the inserted cake tester or knife comes out clean (timings may vary depending upon different ovens).

 

Remove the pan when done and put the cupcakes on the wire rack for cooling down before frosting.

 

Preparation Method – Vanilla Frosting

In a bowl mix the butter and 2 cups of sugar and beat until properly combined.

 

Mix the remaining wet ingredients and the remaining one cup of sugar alternately. Make sure that the mixture is not over beaten.

 

Use the piped frosting over the cooled cupcakes and garnish with sprinkles.

 

Moist Vanilla Cupcakes is ready to serve.

 

 

Notes

You can keep Cupcakes for 2 days at room temperature and 6 days in the refrigerator.
