¼ cup Moroccan seasoning

250 g prepared baba ghanoush

2 tbsp cumin seeds, toasted

Green onion stems for garnish, optional

 

 

Preparation Method:

Lightly coat lamb chops with seasoning. Cook lamb on heated oiled barbecue uncovered, for 10 minutes or until browned both the side and cooked as desired.

 

Top each lamb chops with a teaspoon of baba ghanoush and a few cumin seeds.
