Ingredients:

Mughlai Mutton Recipe

 

Mutton boneless, ½ kg

Dry dates, (Boil and make a paste), 4

Poppy seeds, 1tbsp

Cloves, 12

Cinnamon, 2 sticks

Black Cardamoms, 3

Almond and Pistachios (Boil and make a paste), 50 grams

Green Cardamoms, 8

Coriander powder, 1tbsp

Red chili powder, 1 tbsp

Cumin seeds, 1 tsp

Tumeric powder, 1 tbsp

Yogurt whipped, 250 grams

Onion    finely chopped, 1

Ginger/garlic paste, 2 tbsp

Green chilies, 4

Coriander and mint, a ¼ bunch each

Tomato puree, 3 tbsp

Fresh cream, 2 tbsp

Salt, to taste

Cooking oil, ¼ cup

 

Preparation Method:

Mughlai Mutton Recipe

 

Heat oil in a pot; add onion, meat, Ginger/garlic paste, cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, cumin and ½ cup water to cook. When the water dried up, fry on the low flame till meat changes color.

 

Add yogurt, poppy seeds, tomato puree, and salt plus add 2 cups water and cook till meats become tender.

 

Now fry on a high flame, add dry date paste, almonds, pistachios, and carry out this process for 10 minutes.

 

Add coriander, green chilies, mint leaves, and cream and remove from the flame.

 

Dish out, Garnish with boiled eggs before serving the Mughlai Mutton.
