Ingredients: Nduja Baked Hake Recipe

Bring following materials to cook baked hake with Gremolata, Mussels, and Chickpeas.

  • 800 grams canned chickpeas, rinsed
  • 6 Hake with skin or Cod fillets 150 grams each
  • Mussels 600 grams, cleaned
  • 100g nduja sausages
  • 150ml white wine
  • Parsley large pack, finely chopped
  • 1lemon zest, finely grated
  • Virgin olive oil
  • Lemon wedges to serve

 

 

Preparation Method: Nduja Baked Hake Recipe

Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius or 180 Celsius with the fan.

Place the chickpeas into a large roasting platter, add the fish and season with black pepper and sea salt. Spread over the mussels and pour over the white wine.

Cover the roasting platter and place in the heated oven for about 20 minutes until the mussels have opened and fish is properly cooked.

Gently lift the fish fillets and serve on a plate.

Sprinkle with the lemon zest and parsley with olive oil

Serve the fish with lemon wedges to sprinkle the juice over it.
