Orange Semolina Recipe

Semolina, 50 g

Semi-skimmed milk, 2 ½ cups

Sugar, 2 tbsp

Orange, 1 large

Egg white, 1

Preparation Method:

Orange Semolina Recipe

Preheat the oven to 200º C. Place the semolina in a nonstick pan with the milk and sugar. Blend over a moderate heat until solidified and become smooth. Take away from the heat.

Grate a few long shreds of orange rind from the orange and save for decoration. Grate finely, the remaining rind. Cut all the peel and white pith from the orange and remove the segments. Stir into semolina with the orange rind.

Beat the egg white until firm but not dry, now mix evenly and lightly into the mixture. Spoon into 4 cups water and place it in an ovenproof dish and back for 15-20 minutes until increased and golden brown. Serve immediately.
