Pan Fried Mediterranean Lamb Recipe

Lean Lamb cutlets, 8

Onion, thinly sliced, 1 (medium)

Red pepper (seeded and sliced), 2

Tomatoes, 400 g

Garlic clove, crushed, 1

Fresh basil leaves, 3 tbsp

Black olives (chopped), 2 tbsp

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste
