Paneer Tikka Recipe

Sometime one makes a sumptuous dish of biryani or karahi gosht, roasted mutton leg or beef steak. We have some wonderful ideas of side dishes, snack in the shape of Paneer Tikka Recipe.

 

 

Ingredients: Paneer Tikka Recipe

 

 

Paneer (cottage cheese), cubed                         1 cup

Yogurt                                                                   4 tbsp

Turmeric powder                                                 1 tsp

Coriander powder                                                1 tsp

Dried red chilies, crushed                                   to taste

Salt                                                                        to taste

Garlic clove, crushed                                           1

Coriander leaves, chopped                                 1 bunch

Cooking oil                                                            for shallow frying

 

 

Preparation Method: Paneer Tikka Recipe

 

 

Mix together the yogurt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilies, salt and half the chopped coriander.

 

Add paneer to the yogurt mixture. Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic and yogurt mix. Fry for 5 minutes on medium heat.

 

Garnish Paneer Tikka with the rest of the chopped coriander.
