Peanut Drumsticks Recipe is absolutely delicious and super easy chicken recipe. If you are not a fan of chicken legs, you can use chicken breasts pieces or a mixture of both parts. Serve hot with buttered noodles, rice or jacket potatoes, or cold with a chicory and cress salad or as a part of a finger buffet for enjoyment.
Ingredients:

Chicken Drumsticks (skinned), 8
Smooth peanut butter, 75 grams
Egg (beaten), 1
Milk, 75 ml
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Plain potato crisps, 200 grams
Plain flour, 50 grams
Vegetable oil, for greasing
Preparation Method:

Heat the over to 190C and brush a baking sheet with oil.
Put the peanut butter into a bowl and beat in the egg with a spoon. Gradually beat in the milk then season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl.
Put the potato crisps into a polythene bag and crush with a rolling stick.
Spread out on a flat plate.
Coat each chicken drumstick in flour, then in the peanut mixture followed by the crushed crisps.
Make sure that each layer is evenly covered.
Place the coated drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until lightly brown and crisp. Serve Peanut Drumsticks hot or warm.
