Ingredients: Pepper Chicken Recipe


1kg yellow pepper

750g tomatoes

50g boneless chicken

90g butter

2 large onions

1 tbsp paprika powder

Salt to taste


Preparation Method: Pepper Chicken Recipe


Halve, core and de-seeded the yellow pepper. Slice them into strips. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Peel them and quarter.


Dice the chicken and little fry in a frying pan and make it light brown. Dice the onion and add to the pan and make it brown.


Add the strips of pepper and tomato quarters to the frying pan. Sprinkle with paprika and fry the vegetables over a low heat for 20 minutes, keep stirring time to time. Add salt to taste.
