Peshawari Mutton Karahi Gosht
Ingredients:
Mutton 01 kg
Zeera 01 tsp
Cooking oil or Ghee 02 cups
Black pepper powder 01 tsp
Salt as needed
Green chili (chopped) 05 tsp
Coriander (chopped) 01 tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Garam masala powder 01 tsp
Onion 02
Tomato ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 02 tsp
Methi 1 ½ tsp
Yogurt 01 cup
Peshawari Mutton Karahi Gosht
Preparation Method:
In a pan, heat up the cooking oil.
Add meat, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, chili powder, onion and cook on medium heat till meat nearly tender.
Then add turmeric, black pepper powder, coriander powder, and all spices and cook for a few minutes.
Now add green chilies, yogurt, and fry well.
Serve Peshawari Mutton Karahi Gosht hot with naan.
