Condensed Milk 1 tin

Rice 100 grams

Rose Petals few

450 ml of milk

Cardamom powder 1 tsp

1 tsp of rosewater

Preparation Method:

Soak the rice in water for half an hour. After draining grind rice to get a smooth paste.

To the rice, paste adds milk and heat it, keep on stirring because we don’t want the mixture to get stick to the bottom. Bring it to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes. Insert sweetened condensed milk and take away from heat.

Insert rose water and elaichi powder. Allow the mixture to cool and keep it inside the refrigerator.

Firni or Phirni is ready, garnish with nuts and rose petals and Serve chilled.
