1 cup of granulated sugar
¾ cup of firmly packed brown sugar
4 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, divided
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (2 pounds) package of frozen bread roll dough
½ cup of melted butter.

 

Preparation Method:

Beat granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon together. Coat each of the rolls in butter; dredge the rolls in a mixture of sugar. Arrange in a gently greased 10” with tube shape; spread with pecans. Then cover and chill to about 8 – 18 hours.

 

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Whisk whipping cream at high speed using electric blender until you get soft peaks. Beat in brown sugar and the 1 teaspoon of cinnamon that remains. Pour in the mixture over your dough. Then, go ahead and place your pan on an aluminum foil-line baking sheet.

 

Bake your dough at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or continue to bake until your dough change golden brown. Cool your baked dough on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Then invert your prepared Praline Pull-Apart Bread into your serving plate and sprinkle with any of the glazes that remain in your pan.
