Ingredients required: Pumpkin Banana Smoothie Recipe


  • 2 tbsp canned pure pumpkin
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ¼ cup ice
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt plain
  • 5 tbsp milk



Preparation Method:  Pumpkin Banana Smoothie Recipe


  • Take a blender of large size and add all the ingredients combine in it.


  • Blend the mixture and stir the ingredients. You may pulse it for 20-30 seconds. Do not forget to scrape the sides.


  • After scraping the sides run the blender for another 40-50 seconds until blended.


  • Pumpkin Banana Smoothie is ready, serve cold.
