Ingredients: Quick Shrimp Curry with Coconut Milk

200 g raw shrimp
150 g of peas
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 cm of ginger
2 tomatoes
200 ml of coconut milk
2 tbsp. Garam Masala (or curry)
1 small red onion new
Fresh coriander

Preparation Method:

Quick Shrimp Curry with Coconut Milk

In a skillet, pour a little cooking oil and fry the garlic pulp obtained by pressing the pod, the ginger pulp obtained by grating it and sliced half-onion.

Then add the Garam Masala mixing well to prevent it from burning.

Grate the tomato to get the pulp, add it to the pan and salt to the mixture.

Cook for 10 minutes then add the shelled shrimp and fry for 2 to 3 minutes before adding the coconut milk.

When the shrimp start to curl up, it’s as they’re cooked and it’s time to add the peas over very low heat, without boiling.

Finally, chop the coriander, slice the red onion and sprinkle on the hot dish.

Serve shrimp curry with coconut milk with Perfect Boiled Rice or Nan.
