Ingredients:

Cooked quinoa, 2 cups

Onion, minced, 1 medium

Garlic clove, chopped, 2

Tomato, chopped, 1

Fresh parsley, 2 cups

Extra virgin olive oil, 3 tbsp

Fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp

Salt and black pepper, to taste

 

Preparation Method:

Add 2 cups of cooked quinoa to a bowl.

Place garlic, onion, parsley, and tomato into small bowl mixture and pulse until all the ingredients and properly mixed.

Pour the mixture over the quinoa.

Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the other ingredients and toss together.

Serve Quinoa Tabouli salad or refrigerate.
