Ingredients:

 Carrots, shredded                                            1 cup

Red cabbage, shredded                                  1 cup

Green cabbage, shredded                               2 cups

Garlic powder                                                   1 tsp

Celery seeds                                                      1 tsp

Maple syrup                                                      2 tbsp

Fresh pepper                                                    2-3 tbsp

Lemon juice                                                      to taste

 

Preparation Method:

Add all the ingredients to a large salad bowl.

Add maple syrup and lemon juice to a short cup and blend it well to combine both the ingredients.

Pour the mixture over the salad ingredients and toss together.
