Razzle-Dazzle Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

The Ingredients:

Razzle-Dazzle Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

 

  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of butter or melted margarine
  • 3 packages of (8 oz) soften cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1tsp of vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 container (8 oz) of sour cream
  • 1 can (21 oz) of strawberry pie filling.

 

 

Method of Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and wrap the sides and bottom of spring form pan measuring 10 inches using foil so as to avoid leaking. Inside small bowl mix your ¼ cup of sugar, cracker crumbs and put in butter. Press the mixture firmly right at the bottom of the pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until set.

Before that, beat cream cheese, I cup of sugar, eggs, and the vanilla inside large bowl using electric mixer. Put in your sour cream.

Spread about 3 cups of cheese mixture on top of crust. Put in half of your pie filling into the mixture of cream cheese and refrigerate the pie filling that remains.

Bake the mixture for about 1.5 hours to about 1.15 hours or continue till the center is set. Loosen the cheesecake by running metal spatula along the side. Allow cooling for an hour and covering the cheesecake and refrigerate for about 4 hours.

Loosen once more with metal spatula and this time remove the foil in the side of pan and spoon the pie filling that remains on top of the cheesecake and Razzle-Dazzle Strawberry Cheesecake is ready to serve.
