Red Velvet Ice Cream Cake 


Cheesecake Ice Cream

Cream cheese softened                            4 ounces

Sweetened condensed milk                     14 ounces

Heavy whipping cream                            2 cups

Cake                                                             As per requirement

All-purpose flour                                       2 1/3 cups

Cocoa powder                                            1 tablespoon

Butter, at room temperature                  1/3 cup

Sugar                                                           1½ cups

Large eggs                                                   3

Buttermilk                                                   1/2 cup

Red food coloring                                      4 tablespoons

Vanilla extract                                             ½ teaspoon

Distilled white vinegar                              1/3 teaspoon

Baking soda                                                 ½ teaspoon

Frosting                                                        As per requirement

Heavy whipping cream                              3 cups

Powdered sugar                                           1/3 cup



Preparation Method:

Red Velvet Ice Cream Cake 

Make the cake layers

Take a large bowl and add cream cheese.

Add condensed milk and mix the ingredients.

Take another bowl and add cream, make it sure that the cream reaches stiff peaks.

Add the cream cheese into the cream.

Take a pan and wrap a plastic wrap.

Take the cream mixture and divide the mixture into two equal parts.

Add the mixture to the pans and allow the pans to freeze for 8 hours.


Make the Red Velvet Ice Cream Cake:

Take a pan and add parchment paper to the base.

Spray the base with the oil using spray and add allow to oven to heat at 350 Fahrenheit.

Bring a bowl and add flour along with the cocoa powder, add salt and mix.

Take another bowl and add butter and sugar.

Add the ingredients to the mixer until the mixture turns into light and fluffy.

Include the eggs and keep on the mixing using the mixer.

Add the flour mixture that is prepared earlier.

Include the buttermilk and the flour.

Keep the mixer running and add red food coloring.

Add vanilla to the mixer.

Take another bowl and add vinegar and the baking soda.

Fold the mixture into the cake batter.

Keep the batter into two different pans.

Take a bowl and add cream.

Add the sugar and keep on beating the mixture until it reaches the stiff peaks.


Assembling the Red Velvet Ice Cream Cake:

Use a knife to cut the dome of the cake.

Take one layer of the cake in a separate plate.

Take the ice cream out and add the ice cream to the layer of the cake.

Add the second layer to the ice cream and then repeat the same procedure.

Decorate the cake before freezing.
