Ingredients
- Salt -1.4 teaspoon
- Vanilla Extract – half teaspoon
- Butter – 1 teaspoon
- Raisins – 2 cups
- Beaten Egg – one
- Sugar – 1/3 cups
- Milk – two cups
- White rice – 2/3 cups

Preparation Method
- Take a saucepan and add 1 ½ cups water to boil. Add rice in boiling water and stir well. Cover the pot. Let the rice boil on low flame for 20 minutes.
- Take a saucepan, add sugar, salt, milk 1 ½ cups, and rice 1 ½ cups.
- Keep on cooking the ingredients on medium flame till the mixture gets creamy and thick.
- Add the remaining milk, raisins, and well-beaten egg.
- Keep on stirring the pudding.
- Cook the pudding for two minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and butter.
- Take the rice pudding dessert in a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg.
