For your tasty and flavored dish, you have to think of Roast Lamb with Garlic and Rosemary. It is a dish prepared specially for those that love mouthwatering experience. The lamb is simply rubbed using rosemary and olive oil at the same time steeped inside red garlic and red wine.



Roast Lamb with Garlic and Rosemary

  1. Lamb’s shoulder
  2. 1 handful rosemary
  3. 1 bulb garlic ( roughly pounded)
  4. Extra virgin oil (olive)
  5. ¾ bottle red wine
  6. pepper
  7. Salt to taste.


Preparation Method:

Roast Lamb with Garlic and Rosemary

Mash the rosemary using mortar, add pepper and salt together with some of the extra virgin olive oil.

Inside baking tray, put the shoulder of lamb and rub it very well with a mixture of rosemary. Then drizzle with olive oil.

Steep lamb rubbed with a mixture of rosemary inside red wine and put garlic inside.

Just foil inside the baking tray, put inside the oven and back at 170 degrees for about 3.5 to 4 hours

Serve the roast lamb with garlic and rosemary with baby fennel and ratatouille together with orange salad.
