Ingredients:

2 Salmon fillets, 150g each

2 tbsp lemon juice

4 Green onions, sliced

2 Lemon slices

4 dill sprigs

Place both the salmon fillet on separate large square of baking parchment. Squeeze a little lemon juice over each and scatter the green onions on top. Cut the lemon in slices in half and place on the fish with the sprig of dill. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Lift the paper up over the fish and wrap the edges together, turning them over on each other several times. Turn in both sides, making a tight parcel.

Place the salmon fish parcels in a steamer and steam for about 9-10 minutes or until cooked as you required. Remove from the steamer and serve the salmon in the same wrapped paper with steamed potatoes and green beans.

This is one of the healthiest ways to cook salmon. You steam in little parcels.
