Salted Almonds Recipe

Almonds are a healthy nut and they are packed with vitamin E and healthier fats. Salted almonds are perfect snack for everybody and for all seasons. This healthy snack recipe has simple ingredients and preparation method to create a delicious, healthy and awesome party snack.

Ingredients: Salted Almonds Recipe

 

1 cup whole almond with their skin

1 tbsp egg white, lightly beaten

½ tsp crude sea salt

 

 

Preparation Method: Salted Almonds Recipe

 

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Spread the almond on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, until cracked and golden.

 

Mix the egg white and salt in a bowl, add the almonds and shake well to coat.

 

Turn out on the baking sheet, give a shake to separate the nuts then return them to the oven for another 5 minutes until they dried. Set aside until cold then store in an airtight container.

 

Salted Almonds are ready to serve as a great starter. Enjoy!

 

Cook’s Tip: Salted Almonds Recipe

 

This is traditional method of salt-roasting nuts give a matt, dry-look finish. If you want to give them a shiny look, turn the roasted nuts into a bowl, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and shake well to coat.
