During my visit to Japan 20 years ago besides traveling, I ate several amazing dishes. Although, it is difficult to remember all the happenings and foods I still remember Okonomiyaki that First I ate at a shop in the corner of a busy road. That look like a pancake, it was really delicious. After that my host took me another place to satisfy my carving. This time we tried another variation of Okonomiyaki, a Japanese pancake. We still make different variations in our home.
