Ingredients                            

½ kg qeema

2 large onions

3 medium-size tomatoes

1 tbsp

¼ tsp all spices powder

½ tsp turmeric powder

Ginger garlic paste

2 green chili

1 tbsp coriander leaves

½ tsp cumin powder

½ tsp chili flakes

1 tbsp coriander powder

Salt as taste

2 tbsp oil

1 cup of water

Preparation Method

In a deep pan add oil.

Heat it up.

Add onion.

Fry it till onion turns in pink.

Add qeema.

Mix it well till color comes white.

Add chili flakes, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, and coriander powder.

Mix it well.

Add tomatoes and mix them.

Then add water.

Cover it cook till meat is tender.

Add all spices and mix again.

Garnish it with green chilies, coriander leaves.

Put a foil sheet in the middle of qeema.

On foil put hot coal.

Drop some drops of oil over the coal.

Cover immediately. It will give smoke.

Give smoke for 5 minutes.

Dish it out.
